I sourced a Fulcrum 40C on a customer's order.
Once in a while I sell complete assembled wheelsets too.

Fulcrum's Racing Speed series comes
only in tubular configuration with a 20mm width rim.
This has specs equivalent to the old Bora, and while they haven't discontinued it,
they're not widening the rim or releasing a clincher version.
There's a model with a 40mm high carbon rim that Campagnolo doesn't have,
called the Racing Quattro Carbon,
but the Speed 40 is the higher-end model of that.
It has the same 24.2mm width rim as the Racing Quattro Carbon and the new Bora,
with the 40T as tubular and the 40C as clincher.
On the Racing Quattro, the inner side from the brake zone is UD carbon,
but on the Speed 40 it has a 3K twill weave pattern.

The hub has a carbon shell.
The bearings are USB on the 40C, but CULT on the 40T.
Because of this,
"Since Fulcrum doesn't make CULT versions with their new front hub where the bearing got downsized,
you can no longer tell if a Fulcrum wheel with the new front hub that's been CULT-ified
has had a Campagnolo bearing transplanted—something that shouldn't technically happen."

I definitely sourced it from an authorized dealer,
but as expected, there's no signature mark.

As for the tire lever, it came with Campagnolo's "Campagnolo-less" one.
This tire lever used to have a Campagnolo logo on it.
It's been a while since it went logo-less.

↑That's the one.
I hear that ones with the Fulcrum logo also
exist, though as non-sale items and only in sample quantities.
Sorry, but if you're reading this,
could you send me one?
↑Who I'm asking is a secret.
I completely forgot about the inspection,
but both the front and rear wheels hardly needed anything done to them.
