A customer dropped off a Racing Zero (high-performance road bike) with us.

The front wheel just needed a slight centering adjustment—barely off by a sheet of paper—and some minor rim truing.

The main issue was the rear wheel—the rim bead hook got bent from an impact, and the customer wanted it straightened.
Looking at it, there was also some significant runout to deal with.
The image above is after the initial work, but
we installed temporary sprocket and tire
to test-ride it while adjusting the brake contact.

↑Right here.

Based on brake feel, I couldn't get the dent completely undetectable—sorry about that.
Beyond this point would require a rim replacement.
I did get the runout as true as I could manage.
