I've received emails via comments from people interested in purchasing のむラボ (Nomu Lab) wheels,
and among them was a very polite message saying
"I'm embarrassed to say, but I only recently discovered your blog."
This blog isn't the kind of thing where "you should be ashamed not to know about it."
When someone says that, it makes me embarrassed instead.

"For のむラボ wheels, why don't you have a model using the lightweight rim Ambrosio Formula Chrono F20?
Is there some reason for that?" — I received this inquiry.
There's no particular reason. It might become のむラボ wheel #6.

Regarding the PB driver discussion from the other day,
I received a comment saying WERA (ウェラ) is good too.
Yes, I'm aware. The one with the wavy tip, right?
And Allen keys are nice too.
Sorry for receiving multiple comments.
It's been very helpful.
Ah, so at a motorcycle shop,
a driver's shelf life is about two months?

This slightly cuts into my meal ticket, but
for Campagnolo derailleur adjustment screws,
two things are extremely important:
"use a driver that matches the screw size" and
"apply oil to the screw head."
If you neglect either one, they rust immediately.
Setting aside individuals, if a shop-only-serviced part has rust there,
that's a bit ××× (censored).
My point for replacing drivers is when I feel the slightest discomfort during adjustments here. Hard to explain well, though.
Also, I was nervous that someone knowledgeable about audio might comment saying
"AKG headphones are good too, besides Sennheiser,"
but that hasn't happened.
I use the HD598 (Prin-chan) myself, but
anything more expensive than that is high-impedance, so
you'd have to get an amp and other gear to match, which is scary.
If I bought the HD800, maybe the whole "false economy" thing would be solved,
but that's like a Lightweight wheel in headphone terms.
Right now I want the closed-back MOMENTUM (Momoka-chan),
but what do you think? Since the housing is bigger than the HD-25,
the sound isolation and ear fit look good though.
