A customer brought in the rear wheel of a Nomulab Wheel No. 5 for repair.

On the descent after a hill climb race,
the wheel got caught in a grating that had flipped over, leaving only vertical grooves,
and the rim got bulged out.

It's noticeable to the touch, and while I've repaired
much worse bulges on pre-built wheels many times before,
this time I decided to replace the rim. The parts cost is cheap anyway!
