I took in a Neutron from a customer.

One spoke is a bit loose because
right after my initial work, I found a spoke that looked bent
and loosened just that one to investigate.

↑Sure enough, it was bent.

Fixed.
Separately from that, the customer also mentioned
that for some reason the spoke tension was abnormally low,
so I tightened it to just slightly above the factory average.
Even if the customer hadn't said anything,
I would have suggested tightening the spokes — it was that loose.
The customer has no memory of deliberately loosening it during adjustment,
so it must have become loose from regular use over time.

The replaced spoke

↑Hard to see, but the indented area has scuff marks that turned silver,
and there's a dent from impact.
It's unlikely it was struck directly from the side with a hammer without hesitation,
but it definitely took a similar kind of impact at some point.

The rear wheel didn't have any tension issues,
so I just did a minor truing and centering, plus hub play adjustment.
