Racing Zero Red Passion

I received a Racing Zero from a customer.

↑These are the condition after work.
They wanted an overhaul.

↑I only took a photo of the rear wheel before work.
I didn't polish the brake zone using the secret ninja technique, but
I soaked it all in foam first and then dry wiped it, so it's quite clean now.

There's a reason why the wheel magnet on the rear wheel before work is gone,
but I'll explain that later.

↑I disassembled the hub internals.
For both front and rear wheels, I washed the wheel body parts except the hub internals at this point.
The reason the inside of the hub body looks unusually clean is because of that.

↑After without before

The pawl spring was bent in a way that looked like it was planning trouble,
so I replaced it to prevent it from causing problems.

While I was washing each spoke one by one with a sponge, I noticed
that the spoke with the magnet attached had a slight dent.

↑There's a faint impact mark.
The customer had noticed this too, and when I received the bike,
they mentioned there might be 3 or 4 spokes that needed replacement,
but aside from those with only slight scuff marks and no bending,
this was the only spoke that absolutely needed replacement.
I removed the magnet and handed it over to the customer.

I replaced it.
It's hard to convey in photos,
but if you run your hand over it, there's quite a noticeable dent.

Red dent (that's all I wanted to say)
