A customer dropped off a Bora Ultra with me.


The wheels came with tubular tires installed,
but since they have a built-in nipple design, I need to remove them.
If there were no runout at all, I wouldn't have needed to,
but both the front and rear wheels show some measurable runout, so I have no choice but to take them off.
