A customer left a Ksilium SLR (high-end wheel) with me for service.

Since it's just the rear wheel, it's essentially an R-SYS.
The tension on the freewheel side was noticeably loose,
to the point where it felt like someone had deliberately loosened it.
Of course, that wasn't the case.

The rim had pulled significantly toward the non-freewheel side.
If I were to center the wheel by tightening only the freewheel side,
I'd need to tighten quite a lot.
As it turned out, I didn't need to loosen the non-freewheel side at all.
