Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer brought in a rear wheel built with a Chorus hub and Nemesis rim.
It came in for inspection, but the rim was bent
and couldn't be straightened with truing, so the rim needed to be replaced.

The rim is an Ambrosio Nemesis from
an older generation with different markings than the current model,

The hub is a vintage Chorus with specifications identical to the Campagnolo Record hub
except for the absence of a grease port on the hub body,
The spokes are DT custom Revolution spokes
built in 32H six-cross reverse Italian lacing.

This Revolution spoke,

is the Ritchey brand version, a custom version with the butted section slightly longer
than standard Revolution spokes.
That said, Revolution spokes inherently have short plain sections,
so the difference is minimal.
Current Revolution spokes come only in 14-gauge 2.0–1.5–2.0mm specification,
but in the past there was also a 15-gauge 1.8–1.5–1.8mm specification,
and this Ritchey spoke came in both 14 and 15-gauge Revolution versions,
with the Ritchey 15-gauge being the spoke with the smallest specific weight
(currently the Sapim CX Super should be lighter).

I replaced the rim with an Open Pro tubular.

Chorus hub 32H, semi-comp 48-spoke lacing.
I'll do the spoke nipple threading later.
