A customer dropped off an RS81 C35 wheel set with me.

They want me to increase the spoke tension as much as possible.
When I asked why, they said that ever since they started using the Nomu Labo Wheel No. 5 (custom wheel set) last November,
they can't get over how much this wheel feels looser by comparison.
This wheel has greater rim height, heavier rim weight,
and the front and rear non-freehub side spokes use
thicker gauge spokes, yet this one definitely feels looser!
they tell me.Hehe.
Fortunately (or unfortunately?), the rear wheel had a slight centering issue,
but correcting that alone wouldn't require major tension adjustments,
so I did some spoke tightening within the safe range separately from centering and truing.
That said, it's questionable whether they'll notice the difference in tension
even if they use it with the preconception that "I had it tightened."
After centering, I did tighten the freehub side nipples a half turn,
so if I had to say there's a difference, there definitely is one.
The front wheel was dead center with decent tension already,
so I couldn't do any major tension work beyond truing. My apologies.
