About the "New Shaft Big Explosion"

Nothing special to report—the usual model student behavior, but

as usual, the right endcap on the front hub loosened first.
From there, I handled the repair incorrectly, resulting in a hub shaft condition
that we call the "new shaft big explosion" here at the shop.
The other day, a parts distributor—the most knowledgeable guy in Japan on Campagnolo—
gave me some criticism about this term.
He didn't say to stop using it, but asked me to think about it a bit,
so when I ordered parts the next time after that
