I received a 404 from a customer for service.


It's a WO rim.
Both front and rear wheels are perfectly centered with virtually no runout—really impressive work.
The spoke tension on both the front and rear right sides is so tight that there's no need for further tensioning.
Now, the rear left is a bit loose, but since it's centered and the rear right spoke tension is practically maxed out, there's not much I can do about it.
Still, it's dimensionally better than the previous generation hubs or the one before that, so...
