A customer left a Racing Speed bike with me for service.

The rear wheel had some center offset and hub play,
but the runout on both wheels was pretty minimal.
Since it has internal nipples, I had to remove the tires,
but honestly the front wheel seemed acceptable even without truing.
That said, I couldn't just ignore the lateral runout that the truing stand could detect,
and since the customer is from out of town, I did a thorough job.
If they were local to the shop, there's a good chance I'd suggest we handle it
next time they come in for a tire change instead.
