A customer dropped off a Shamal Mille (high-performance racing wheel) with us.

The bike vibrates badly over 40 km/h,
and there's an odd noise coming from somewhere, though we're not sure where.
In cases like this, the usual suspects are hub play or significant lateral runout,
but the front wheel has no lateral trueness error with just slight runout,
and the rear wheel has lateral trueness error but almost no runout,
and since neither front nor rear hub has any play, the noise is probably not from the wheels.
However, both front and rear wheel spoke tension was loose, so
we brought them up to proper tension, separate from the truing work.

↑The rear wheel had slight lateral trueness error,

so we first did a tightening on the freewheel side

and then centered and trued the wheel.
