Another wheel day (and so on).

I'm building wheels with Tni's CX22 tubular wide aluminum rims
(designed for cyclocross), and since both of these separate jobs
requested sticker removal, I photographed them before peeling.

Front wheel is done.

The customer's frame fork is 100×15mm thru-axle,
and the frame is 135mm width quick-release, so I need a hub to match.
With Shimano hubs, a 28H front hub would have the 100×12 on the RS770,
but the 100×15 is only available in the XT lineup.

Front wheel: HB-9010 28H black CX-RAY
64 reverse Italian lacing with spoke tie.

Now for the rear wheel.

FH-CX75 28H black half-comp 64 JIS lacing with spoke tie.

Per customer request, black aluminum nipples.
The tire is already glued down with rim cement,
but the Aquaseal on the American side still needs to be done.
Another day of work ahead.
