Built Nomu Lab Wheel #5.
Front wheel: Rigida hub 20H CX-RAY outpoke radial lacing,
Rear wheel: Evolite hub 24H semi-comp cross-4 with spoke nipple eyelets.
Different hubs front and rear, but they make a matched pair like this.
