A customer left me a Racing Zero rear wheel to work on.

It's got some runout, but looking closer, it seems to be the kind of runout caused by spoke deformation...

There's a crack on the spoke that's directly below where the runout is,
so that's the culprit.

I replaced it.

↑The spoke I replaced

It's bent.

Fulcrum and Campagnolo aluminum spokes have a rule: except for very early Racing 1 spokes, there's an imprint on the spoke head, and if the imprints match, both Fulcrum and Campagnolo spokes are the same length.
So, about the imprint on this Racing Zero spoke...

It says "70"? What the heck is that? I've never seen one like this before.
I had stock of Racing Zero freewheel-side spokes for the non-drive-phase rim hole from the Mega Hi-Lo Flange era onwards, so I fixed it with that.
Of course, it's the same length as this "70".
