Racing 3

I received the front wheel from Racing 3 from a customer.

Two spokes are broken.
Including those, five consecutive rim holes have spoke deformation as well — they need replacement.

While there are scratches on the rim, there's no denting on the rim sides or
deformation of the bead hooks, so the rim can be reused as-is.
Except in cases where "we discover during work that it's warped too severely to true,"
it can be fixed with just spoke replacement.

The customer caught a rockfall in the front wheel on a descent at Odaigahara.
Naturally it became unrideable, so they loaded it in a car and drove home.

Across five rim holes, the spokes have damage,
but the 1st, 3rd, and 5th spokes are deformed, while the 2nd and 4th spokes are broken.

It's fixed.
As I wrote in the previous post, I've meticulously trued the radial runout,
and being able to do that is also proof that there's no serious deformation in the rim.
Adjusting the runout on the nipples of the other five spokes
takes more time than anything else,
so I'm confident that compared to the condition just before catching the rockfall (nominally sound),
the post-work condition has no runout and is perfectly centered.

There were also scratches on the brake zone with some burring, so
I smoothed it out with sandpaper.
