Another wheel day (and so on).

Built a front wheel with an XR300 silver rim and a dynamo hub.

The hub is a Shutter Precision SV-9 20H
and I laced it in CX-RAY Italian cross (4-cross) tangent pattern.
Using tangent lacing was the customer's request,
but with such narrow flanges, I probably would've suggested it myself anyway.

Going back in the timeline, compared to a standard hub dimension,
these are really narrow flanges.
Honestly, they don't seem standard at all, but I shouldn't dwell on it.
I think it would be better to widen the left flange even if it ends up cockeyed,
but I suppose the manufacturer wanted to keep left and right symmetrical.

Since the flange holes have almost no chamfer on the inside edge,
maybe this hub is designed specifically for outpoke radial lacing.
