Built a front wheel with FLO carbon WO rim

Another wheel day (etc.).

Built a front wheel with a FLO carbon WO rim that a customer entrusted to me.
The rim is 50mm deep and weighs an insane 561g.
Even if it were somehow superior aerodynamically,
at most speeds I don't think it could overcome the weight penalty,
but the customer is well aware of all that,
so there's no problem.
The rim should normally have an FLO sticker on it,
but this one didn't come with one,
and only has an Enve WH167 label on the outer edge.
Spec-wise it's similar to some Mavic models.

The hub is the RS390 model from KOOZER (a Chinese hub brand),
built 20H CX-RAY reverse non-radial laced.

About this hub's shell though—

It's got a hand grenade vibe like Green Day's American Idiot,
with a clenched fist drawn on the word "POWER,"
and if you rotate the hub shell starting from where it says "Power From Reborn,"

it becomes like this—

so it ends up that way.
Basically with this hub, "KOOZER when viewed from above" and
"RS390 when viewed from the right"
have the hub shell facing opposite directions.
This time I went with the former.
The rim itself has no left-right performance attributes,
but I built it with the serial number sticker on the left side.

The customer asked me to use a higher spoke tension ratio,
so I was planning to build it with the star Aero Star Bright III that we have in stock,
but we didn't have 20 of the length needed for this rim.
We've actually already received the new Aero Star Bright at our shop,
but the shortest length we carry is 264mm,
so we can't use it for this radial-laced front wheel (even with modification).
It could work with 4-cross lacing, but...
For 16H or 18H I'd prefer not to use CX-RAY,
but since it's 20H I went ahead and built it with CX-RAY.
