I received a rear wheel from the Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5 from a customer.

With what looks like a tire lever tool (whether it's actually a tire lever itself (see here) I don't know)
the bead hook of the rim got deformed.
At the nearby shop, they said a quick fix wouldn't be impossible,
but it wouldn't be completely restored,
but if we have time to do that, it's faster to just replace the rim.
This wheel has a spoke pattern already marked out,
but even so, moving the rim is possible,
so this repair is doable even without the ability to mark spoke patterns.
Before disassembling, I measured the tension on the freewheel side,
and then built it so that tension becomes the final tension,
and if I dial in the runout with no centering issues, that's all there is to it.
If the nearby shop can't do it(actually they just can't)
then of course I can do it myself.

↑The deformation at a certain phase

When lined up with the new rim (top in image), it looks like this

In the middle of moving the rim...
As to why there are 3 rims,
while the original wheel was 24H,
I accidentally almost moved the rim using a 20H rim,
and when I moved from the 20H rim to the new 24H rim,
until the move was complete, I couldn't get the middle 20H rim out
so I ended up in this embarrassing situation.

Built it up.

The black aluminum nipples looked like they could be reused,
but to be safe, I got new ones.
