A RIVAL crank with the crank arm sides polished to a shine

—anyway, not the point here—

The chainring cover from Sunbolt (a cycling wear brand) that was being made (or was it?)

—well, it's possible to repurpose it

using a disc rotor (160mm compatible, so 140mm works too)

as a cover when storing wheels in a bag or transporting the bike in a car.

The downside is that since it's not a purpose-built product, the mounting feel isn't as clean as it could be... But you know, I'm already aware that bike packing gear makers have similar products out there, but what if Sunbolt made a proper rotor cover with that same texture and quality? As disc road bikes become more common, I reckon demand for something like that will grow too.
Personal note: The Time Monolink isn't finished yet. Please be patient a bit longer.
The applause button on this article has special protection on it that only counts from Sunbolt staff—it's being used just to confirm if related parties have viewed the article, so please don't click it if you're not involved with them. Either way, it won't be counted anyway.
EDIT: ↓ Way too many related people clicking it!!
