I set up a POLAR account with
the first name as a polar bear emoji,
and the last name as "shirokuma" in hiragana,
and configured the V800 top screen display to show time + name,
which should display the name across two lines
with the first name on top and last name on the bottom, but


the top line only shows the eyes of the emoji,
and the bottom line shows blank because hiragana apparently isn't supported.
Never mind that hiragana isn't supported by the font,
but there are all sorts of characters you'd never normally use in a name that are also prohibited.

↑For example, when I tried to set it as a Baltans alien character, the ￥ symbol wasn't supported so it didn't work.
