Don't Throw Away That Left Glove

I used the courier service "Usagi Express(→here)" that our shop contracts with
to arrange a late-night delivery out to the Higashinada area of Kobe.
Since I was combining it with a Goodyear tire test and some night practice rides,
the timing worked out perfectly. It's about 30km one-way from our shop.

The delivery item was an FC-9000 52T chainring to be dropped in a mailbox,
and fortunately we had stock at the shop,
but the manufacturer is out of stock on this item.
The next scheduled arrival is supposedly May 1st,
but these schedules tend to slip—
a week before the date, it often gets pushed back another week or more.

Back on October 8th last year I ordered 22 rear right spokes for a WH-9000-C50-CL,
but only 9 arrived, with the remaining 13 scheduled for March 17th this year.
As the scheduled date approached, it kept getting pushed back,
and as of April 9th it was rescheduled for April 16th,
but when I checked just now it's been moved all the way out to June 5th—not just a week ahead.
Well, it's fine though. It's not like any customers are suffering because of it.
I need these spokes to build the front wheel for my custom Neutron Ultra,
not for actual WH-9000 repairs.
But if someone actually needed these spokes for WH-9000 repairs,
it would be a ridiculous situation where Duraace wheel spokes from the previous generation
have been out of stock for over six months and customers are left in a bind.
Well, for WH-9000 and R9100 Duraace wheels,
there probably aren't really any people dealing with broken spokes anyway
since those wheels aren't selling that well in the first place
so it's no problem(tactless comment).

Anyway, let me get to the main topic.
On the way to Kobe, at an intersection one block toward Osaka from the Utashima Bridge crossing on Route 2,
I found a DeFeeet premium work glove
—the right hand one only.
From the looks of it, someone was riding Route 2 toward Kobe,
took off their gloves at a red light and tried to put them in their back pocket,
but the right glove fell out without them noticing and they rode away.
You get home and realize you only have the left glove—
yes, you there! Please, don't throw it away!
The right glove is right here.

If I'd left it there, it would've blown away somewhere
or gotten run over by cars and shredded to bits, so

I picked it up. It's at our shop now.
If you think this might be yours, please get in touch.
I'm not going to be formal and take it to the police—I'll just keep it at the shop for a while.
And if you know someone else who has gloves like these,
maybe ask them if they've lost a glove.
Thanks. Hopefully it makes it back to its owner.

There were still bits of tag gun pin(↑like this)stuck in it,
so it looks like it was purchased pretty recently.

↑The orange line is Route 2, and the intersection with Yodogawa-dori is Utashima Bridge,
upper left is toward Kobe and lower right is toward Osaka,
and the ② marks the spot where I found it—I hit the lap timer button there.

Actually, I didn't pick it up on the way there; the whole thing bothered me so much
that on the way back I turned around to search for it and picked it up then.
And my GPS track clearly records all of this.

Update: I've corrected where I wrote Route 43 as Route 2 in the article.
Thanks for the comment.
