A customer left me with the rear wheel of a Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5 (custom wheel model).

It's built with a Hope Pro RS4 hub

24-hole, semi-comp 4-cross lacing with spokes crossed,

with silver spokes and silver nipples, but
the customer wanted me to change the nipple color to blue to match the hub color.

Swapping out the nipples...

Done.
This work is technically similar to wheel building, but
by the rules I've set for myself,
it doesn't count as wheel building because the rim and hub never fully separate.
Just like I don't call replacing a single spoke "wheel building,"
replacing 24 nipples doesn't count as wheel building either.
In terms of sequence, I should have done this work after the wheel below,
but I went ahead and did it first.
So today also counts as whee... (and so on).

A customer left me with an adoy (Adoy) hub.

...I made a mistake—it was Hope, not adoy.
A Hope Pro RS4 hub in blue anodize.
Now I'm building the matching front wheel to the rear wheel from earlier.

Built it.

24-hole CX-RAY reverse non-crossing radial lacing

with blue aluminum nipples.
