A customer brought in a Zonda rear wheel for repair.

As you can see

one spoke on the freewheel side is missing,
and when the customer showed me the spoke they recovered

it had fractured not at the spoke elbow, but at the threaded portion.
There was also deformation of the spoke.
I was about to start the repair work, but there was play in the hub bearing,
and in addition, eccentric play stemming from wear inside the outer bearing
of the freewheel body, so at minimum the outer bearing needs replacement.

When I removed the freewheel body, the pawls were
lifting unevenly and weakly, so

when I removed the pawl return spring, there was indeed deformation,

so I replaced the parts.
This took more time than the spoke replacement.

It's fixed.
