3.4 tubular. The rim model designation is A42, at 42mm height.
Chris King R45 hub, 24 spokes, all black, CX-RAY, 44-spoke reverse Italian lacing — it's one of the manufacturer's in-house built wheels. It has some spoke tension issues, but honestly, what were they thinking building a crappy wheel with a decent rim? The customer wants it rebuilt properly.
