It's a clincher tire exclusive to 700×25C size.
The tire sidewall is cream-colored,
and the "5000" text on the box is also cream-colored.
The tire sidewall has the marking "Official Tour de France Licensed."
The cream-colored sidewall isn't about pursuing
lightness and suppleness through a brown gum base without rubber coating,
but rather features an EX rubber coating specification
that covers the entire sidewall with rubber
to pursue durability and puncture resistance.
This EX rubber coating
is a specification exclusive to this tire,
not adopted in any current regular models.
Similar to how the Mavic Ksyrium 125 rim shape
became the standard for subsequent Ksyrium regular models,
this specification might become generalized
under a model name like Grand Prix 5000 Plus or Guard or EX,
but just as the Tour de France model of Competition tubular
with modified TPI didn't become standard,
this could also remain exclusive to the limited edition.
