Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer left me a wheel from the Marcksio (Italian wheel brand) brand,
the T700 model.

It says it's made in Italy, but one thing's for sure—the rim is not made in Italy.
I guess they must be assembling the wheels within Italy?

↑Top image is the Marcksio rim from this job,
bottom image is the Tni old ROAD38 carbon rim,
which is also the rim for nomunlabo wheel #2.
Both are the same OEM-origin WH007 rim,
just with different cosmetic carbon layup on the outermost layer.

The main reason for the rebuild is actually in the rear wheel,
but I did the front first.
Both wheels have white spokes, and I thought they were DT white Aero Lites,
but they're not.
The paint coat is thick enough that spokes equivalent to CX-RAY look like CX Sprint.
The front wheel isn't too bad, but the spoke paint chipping looks unsightly,
so switching to black spokes was also a reason for the rebuild.

Built it.

Marcksio brand hub, 20 holes
Black CX Sprint straight spokes, radial lacing.
The front hub has wide flanges,
and dimensionally it's a really nice hub. For a front hub, anyway.
