Built the front wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel #8 (tentative)

Another day of wheel building (and so on).
But first.

This is the rear wheel of Nomu Lab Wheel #5 that I built on April 23rd,
I chose it as a frame simply because I could start building at 11 PM and finish before the last train,
though I just needed to have it done by around May 9th.
Regarding that silver spoke, silver nipple rear wheel,
a customer who had me build a rear wheel yesterday with red nipples only on both sides of the valve
commented "Hey, isn't this my rear wheel?"
but it's not.
This happens pretty often. For example, when I post Nomu Lab Wheel #5s built with purple or green nipples here,
I'll sometimes get told "that's mine, right?"
Sometimes they're right, but often it's just a coincidence that another customer ordered the exact same specs.
Even with the most common combo—black spokes with red nipples—I occasionally get asked about it.

Anyway, it made more sense to switch that all-silver-nipple rear wheel to one with red nipples on both sides of the valve,
so I changed the specs and assigned it accordingly.

Got the lacing done too.

Another day of wheel building (and so on).

I built the front wheel using an AL22W DB rim and a Tni Revo disc hub.
I haven't removed the rim's sticker, but there's no deep reason for it.
I'll peel it off later.

24-hole (actually, this hub only comes in 24H), semi CX sprint,
64-spoke reverse Italian lacing.
I'll do the lacing later.

This isn't my first time combining these parts to build a wheel,
but I'm planning to make this the specs for Nomu Lab Wheel #8.
Though this is actually a customer order, not something I'm building as a Nomu Lab Wheel per se.

Regarding the AL22W rim, both versions with and without brake zones become heavy when they're offset rims,
and when I tension the left-right asymmetric lacing strongly,
the CX-RAY side gets stretched so tight it's about to burst,
so for Nomu Lab Wheel #8 I've decided to use a non-offset rim.
If there's a request for an offset rim instead,
of course I can build that.
The offset rim is ¥100 more at pre-tax list price,
but if that's all it costs, I wouldn't mind paying more—it would've been less hassle if they'd just unified the pricing.

Regarding the CX sprint spokes I use for the front wheel,
Japanese wholesalers carry two types: 310mm (can be cut down to 270mm) and
270mm (can be cut down to 240mm),
but the 310mm has been out of stock for both silver and black for a long time,
and I can't do a full rollout of Nomu Lab Wheel #8 until that recovers.
I used 20 silver CX sprint spokes for yesterday's Nomu Lab Wheel #5 front wheel
and 12 today, and my shop's inventory is getting low.

The AL22W DB non-offset rim in 24H also isn't in stock at the wholesalers, but

I have a source for that,
so no problem there.

Also, I'm planning a price increase for Nomu Lab Wheels soon.
Actually, they're still being calculated at the 8% consumption tax rate (←like they're a food item),
and the individual part price increases since the last hike (April 2018)
haven't been reflected yet.
Internally I've been calling it "third pricing," but
when we move to "fourth pricing" for the next increase,
I'll announce the price for Nomu Lab Wheel #8 as well.
