A customer dropped off a Bora WTO 33 (high-performance carbon wheelset) rear wheel with me.

They'd bent one spoke.

Even with the tension released to make it more obvious, it's still pretty hard to see.


Fixed it.

It had a sharp kink at a certain point.


I didn't check the center beforehand, and only touched things with minor truing adjustments aside from the nipple on the replacement spoke. When I finally checked it with the centering gauge after finishing up, it was dead center. I'm pretty sure it was perfectly centered even before the spoke got bent—probably in that state just a second before the damage happened.
