Built the rear wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 3

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

I built the rear wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 3.


Evolight hub, 24H, semi-competition 4-cross lacing.
I'll do the truing later.
With 24H, if I do semi-championship lacing it gets abnormally stiff, so I skipped that.
