A customer dropped off a Nomu Lab Wheel 2.5 (Japanese wheel brand) front wheel with me.

Apparently it got hit from the side by something

Two spokes are broken.

The hub is an HB-9000, and since Shimano doesn't make a 20-hole front hub (※)
(that inexplicable stubbornness has caused quite a bit of lost business, I think)
it's laced with an 18-hole hub and rim.
※You can technically get a 20-hole front hub by disassembling
front wheels like the WH-R500 series.

Fixed.
Since it's a wheel I built myself, there's no labor charge—
you just pay for the spokes.
As long as the rim doesn't become discontinued or the customer doesn't say "forget it,"
I'll keep fixing it as many times as needed.
