Rebuilt the front wheel of Nomu Lab Wheel #1

Another day with wheels (details omitted).

A customer brought in the front wheel of Nomu Lab Wheel #1.

One spoke has broken,
though we just replaced a spoke on this front wheel recently.
The one that broke this time isn't the spoke we replaced the other day
(you can tell by the dirt buildup).
When spokes keep breaking one after another like this,
it usually means a pattern of repeated failures,
so I decided to do a complete spoke replacement.
While I don't have detailed records for every wheel I've built,
this customer is someone I've known for a long time,
so I'm familiar with their usage history and riding frequency.
This person would definitely be in the top five most frequent users
of Nomu Lab Wheel #1.

The hub is a Leaf hub, and it has a bearing replacement history too.
When I checked it now, I found wear, so I decided to replace the hub as well.
I'm switching to an Ebolite hub,
but the Ebolite hub front 20H and rear 24H Shimano freebody
are out of stock at the wholesaler, and we're running very low too.
I'm keeping the last few rear hubs for parts,
but the front hub going to zero inventory won't be a problem.

All built.

Ebolite hub, 20H, black CX-RAY, non-radial spoke lacing.
All spokes have been replaced with new ones.

I had planned to reuse just the rim,
but when I laid the disassembled parts on a glass straightedge,
it was slightly bent, so I replaced it too.
As a result, every component has been replaced—rim, nipples, spokes, and hub.
This is Ship of Theseus territory, or rather a complete new build,
but the concept of "Nomu Lab Wheel #1, owned by whoever owned it before disassembly"
has been preserved.

I relieved the tension on the original wheel's spokes before cutting them.
I'm interested in how the spoke necks deformed, so I'm not throwing them away yet.

Since this was built entirely from new materials,
I could have left out the history and just said
"Built the front wheel of Nomu Lab Wheel #1,"
but since the rim's warping wasn't apparent until disassembly
and this post is serving as my notification to the customer,
I'm calling it a "rebuild" for now.
