I built a rear wheel with Tni's ROAD38 rim.
Though that's what the title says, the rim is actually the same one as Nomlabo Wheel's old No. 2,
and judging from the serial number it was made in 2013.
It's a customer's bring-in project.
The hub is Shimano's last bastion of integrity (←just my personal take on it),
the FH-RS400, 28 hole, half-comp four-cross lacing pattern.
I'll do the spoke nipple wrapping later.
