Built a rear wheel using Tni's AL31W rim.
I'm building it with the offset rim
but that's what the customer wanted.
FH-7900 24H Campagnolo/Competition 4-cross lacing.
I'll do the nipple threading later.
The customer initially wanted all Campagnolo spokes,
but I got them to agree to Competition spokes on the non-freewheel side.
