Built the rear wheel with Gravel Tack's 30mm high tubular rim

Another wheel day (and so on).

I built the rear wheel with a Gravel Tack 30mm high tubular rim.

Revo Disc hub, 24H, black semi-comp 46 JIS lacing
with black aluminum nipples.
I'll do the spoke tension tuning later, but including
the cyclocross tire mounting work with rim cement,
the total work time exceeds just the wheel building itself.

By the way, the rim specs
state a nominal weight of 290g plus or minus "15%"...
but the correct spec is actually plus or minus "15g".
Thanks for pointing that out in the comments!

The Gravel Tack rims
tend to run slightly lighter than the median.
Most units come in lighter than the stated weight,
so most users don't complain about the weight,
and even on the rare occasions when an individual exceeds the nominal weight,
I get the impression they think
"Well, that's within margin of error,"
That's the strategy. These two rims had a decent weight variance,
so I built the rear wheel with the lighter one.
Specific weight? No way I'm telling you that
↑ Man, what a terrible attitude
