Built a front wheel with Gravel Tack's 50mm tall tubeless rim

Another day, another wheel (and so on).

A customer had me take a Gravel Tack 50mm tall
carbon tubeless rim.
To be precise, it was sent directly from the manufacturer to our shop.

As I've written before,
the rim model number 292250 means
outer width 29mm / inner width 22mm / rim height 50mm.
The customer chose this rim partly because
they figured a 50mm rim would be fine with a Tni as well,
but Tni's Road 50TL carbon rim
when expressed in Gravel Tack terms has dimensions of 271950,
and the inner width of 19mm isn't the trendy inner width these days, plus
the claimed weight for Gravel Tack is 440 ±15g while
Tni is 515 ±30g, so
even if it's a 50mm tall Tni, that weight is...
so thanks to someone's suggestion, it became Gravel Tack.
The identity of that someone remains a mystery,
but apparently they said "it's fine if the manufacturer sends it straight to our shop!"

So when I went to build the wheel,
I got a really weird feeling, and when I counted the spoke holes,
this rim turned out to be 28H. Oh no oh no oh no.

After checking,
it seems that the hyphen and letter following 292250
means -D is 28H and -A is 24H.
"In terms of rim spoke holes,
D means 28H and A means 24H"—this is the kind of thing
that road bike riders are supposed to know off the top of their heads,
so the person who got it wrong is at fault...
except not really, so when ordering a Gravel Tack rim,
please pay attention to the model number and spoke hole count.

About this situation,
Pattern A: The customer actually wanted 28H and ordered it
Pattern B: Wanted 24H but accidentally clicked on 28H
Pattern C: Wanted 24H and clicked on 24H, but Gravel Tack made a mistake
—there are three possibilities, and it turned out to be B.
Since the rim was sent directly to our shop,
I told the customer to ask Gravel Tack
if they can still exchange it for a 24H now,
and fortunately
they agreed to the exchange, so

The 28H rim was exchanged and the 24H rim arrived.
I had told the customer that if the exchange didn't work out,
definitely contact our shop,
but I'm glad it worked out.
If it hadn't worked out, I was scheming to buy the 28H rim from our own inventory
and run an absolutely ruthless sale on it
