The rim sticker is an old label, and it's a customer's own parts.
This is a 20H rim, but with 20H, the distributor has been out of stock for several months or more
after someone bought out all 7 remaining units that were nearly completely sold out.

Black CX-RAY spokes, reverse radial lacing
with red aluminum nipples.
Going back in time a bit, the hub flange holes only have
countersinking on the outer side to improve spoke head seating, so
with tangent lacing, it's unavoidable that normal and reverse spokes
intermix, but
with radial lacing, the design practically screams at you to use all reverse spokes.
Since the structure allows you to remove lateral wobble that appears with normal radial lacing through bearing adjustment,
it is one of the rare front hubs that can do normal radial lacing.
