A customer brought in the rear wheel from a Racing Zero for me to work on.

Looking at the image around the top, there's a spoke on the non-freewheel side that appeared to be bent,

but it's actually broken.
The customer said they'd noticed the spoke was bent several months ago at least,
but it suddenly snapped with a loud crack.
The only good thing is it didn't happen out in the middle of nowhere.

All fixed.

↑The replacement spoke

The fracture surface

fits together almost perfectly.

↑The dark areas show where the crack progressed,
and the light areas show where the final break happened all at once.
