Built a rear wheel with a hole-less carbon rim

Wheels again today (and so on).

Built an MTB rear wheel using a carbon rim
with no holes on the outer edge except for the valve hole.
I did my research on wheel building on September 25th,
built the front wheel on October 10th,
and even rebuilt it the next day.

This is a wheel that's given me a lot of trouble
with spoke length calculations recently.
This stems from a difference in how Shimano and I
count the number of crosses for straight-pull spokes,
though it's not exactly that
Shimano is completely wrong.
I'll write about that another time.

The spokes on the freewheel side are new CX Sprint,
while the spokes on the non-freewheel side are original
CX-RAY converted to semi-CX Sprint.
Built with forced 2-cross on both sides,
with the final cross woven only on the freewheel side.
