Built a front wheel with Duke's rim, Bird's spokes, and ExtraLight's hub

Another wheel day (and so on).

Continuing from yesterday.

I built the front wheel.
28H, both sides forced 2-cross lacing.

Actual measured weight of the front wheel.
Since the rear wheel was 494g,
the front and rear wheels combined come to 913g.
I often say things like "the combined weight of front and rear wheels doesn't really mean much,"
but when they're this light, I just can't help measuring them.

According to the manufacturer's website, the rim's stated weight is 255g,
and according to the sticker on the actual rim's outer edge,
it's 255 plus or minus 15g.
A tolerance of up to 30g on a 255g rim seems excessive to me,
but as long as it's 270g or less, technically
it's not a lie.
