Built a front wheel for a Dahon

Another day, another wheel (and so on).

I built a front wheel for Dahon, the small-wheel bike brand.

The rim is an aluminum rim labeled "Silver Lock"—
a 16-inch HE rim, ETRTO 305mm,

The hub is from Ridea, the company famous for non-circular chainrings and big pulleys.
It's a Dahon front hub with an over-locknut dimension of 74mm.

20H, black #15 spokes—outpoke radial laced.
The spokes are Sapim plain spokes, though I was planning to use
DT's plain spokes—Champion brand—
but black #15 isn't in the regular stock at the distributor,
so I went with Sapim instead.

It would be nice if they'd keep just one length in stock—something like 306mm or 315mm—
on the assumption that builders have a spoke cutter.
As it happens, the black #15 Sapim spokes from this distributor
only come in 310mm in their standard inventory.
