Wheel building again today (and so on).

Got a customer order, so I stocked
a 650B size Crest MK4 rim from Stans.
I'll be building wheels with this and
XTR quick-release front and rear hubs,
but today I'm building the front wheel
with the heavier rim.

Got it built.

HB-M975 32H black full competition spokes
Reverse Italian lacing pattern with no spoke threading

Blue aluminum nipples.

There was a sticker around the valve hole
that said ERD 563mm, but
if I'd trusted that and calculated spoke length based on it,
the spoke ends would have protruded
over 1mm beyond the nipple ends when finished.
I don't trust the ERD marked on the rim at all—
I measure everything myself.
For rims I've measured before,
I reference the past data,
but old ZIPP rims have such large individual variation
that I measure every single one.
