Another wheel day (and so on).
Built a front wheel with
Reserve's 44mm deep carbon rim, the "44".
This is the pair to yesterday's "40" rim front wheel.
Don't slap stickers all the way around the rim edge, you idiot—
it makes building wheels a pain
The sticker has ETRTO markings around the outer edge, but
on the flip side there's the ERD (rim inner diameter) marking.
When I measured it myself, this differed by
2mm on the 40 rim and 1mm on the 44 rim.
Revo disc hub, 24H, black half CX Sprint
Laced 46-cross JIS style with rainbow (VAS) nipples.
I'll do the truing later.
With these 40/44 rims this time,
I forgot to weigh the actual rear wheel 44 rim.
Well, I wasn't planning to share that info anyway,
so it doesn't really matter to anyone reading this.
