and an abnormally large center offset,
but while I didn't name names in the article itself,
a certain shop contacted me with a protest and pointed out that
the wheel builder wasn't that shop, but rather
when the wheel was being sold at auction,
the seller used the shop's name without permission
and it turned out that the actual wheel builder was that seller (an amateur) themselves.
Based on this confirmation and at the shop's request,
I have deleted the article.
