I did the chain release adjustment, which is the work of bringing the rear end of the front derailleur cage closer to the chainring teeth.

It wasn't absolutely necessary to do it this time, but since the owner will probably never use the outer 53T, I went ahead and adjusted it while I was doing the maintenance anyway.
