Built the rear wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel #3

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

I built the rear wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel #3.

The customer's application is for time trial use,
but with disc wheels, on courses that include climbs or
days with strong crosswinds, they can actually be counterproductive,
so this option might be better.

This rim is originally 20H for the front and 24H for the rear,
but since I can build with 20H while keeping spoke deflection
virtually unchanged and stable,
I often build the rear wheel with 20H as well.
But today I went with 24H.
It's really stiff (heh heh).

The choice of 24H was my call (since they said I could do whatever I thought best).

Unlike Evolite hubs, Leaf hubs have slits in the flange holes,
so you can use flat aero spokes.
So I built it with CX on the freewheel side and CX-RAY on the non-freewheel side.
This is one of the combinations that creates the maximum difference in spoke weight distribution
between left and right, apart from Strong and Super Spokes types.

46-spoke lacing with spoke nipple connections.
The connections seemed unnecessary, but I did them anyway.
