I received a Ksyrium 125 from a customer.

They rode it in on the bike after it arrived.
The only distance traveled was the ride here to the shop.
You can understand what I mean when I say "the Ksyrium 125 just arrived."
The front wheel was perfectly centered with virtually no runout,
and the rear wheel had no runout, but the center was off.
Moreover, the rim was shifted toward the anti-freewheel side.
The freewheel side was slightly loose, so I handled it with a tightening adjustment,
otherwise I would've ended up doing the job I least wanted to do — loosening the anti-freewheel side.

This time there was quite a bit of cutting debris on both wheels.

For the front tire this time, I installed it in the manufacturer's specified direction.
(I had to remove the tire once to center the wheel)
