A customer brought in a Racing Zero Night (high-end racing bicycle) for service.


I can't go into all the details, but after the customer worked on it themselves,
something pretty serious happened to it,
so they brought it in to see if it could be fixed.
Fortunately, I was able to get it sorted out.
While I was at it, I also checked the runout and centering,
and found the rear wheel had center deviation.
It was at the level where "maybe it could've shipped like this,"
but once I found it, of course I'll true it up properly.
